How to simply request your licence key ?

At Exceliance, we think KIS (Keep It Simple) at every step ! Any ALOHA comes with a limited license allowing you to set it up properly.

For an hardware appliance, logon to the ALOHA UI, go to the 'setup' tab and click on the link to request a full license key. Then complete the form below.

For a virtual appliance, you must previously buy a license from a reseller or from Exceliance. For ALOHA for Exchange 2010 virtual appliance, you may buy directly from here. Once done, go to the 'setup' tab and click on the link to request a full license key. Then complete the form below.

In case of a cluster (active/passive or active/active), you will need the licence Id of the primary ALOHA in your cluster to request your activation key for the second ALOHA.  Use this licence # in the dedicated field at the end of the form below.

That's it, you just have to look at your stats and see how your applications servers are happy again !
