Maintenance
All our appliances include a 12 month hardware guarantee and a 90 days software guarantee.
To extend this initial guarantee, our XLCARE standard or advanced contracts allow you to benefit from second level Web, email or telephone support, access to firmware and new feature updates.
In addition, the XLCARE Advanced contract guarantees you the replacement of defective equipment business day + 1 by proactive appliance delivery for all requests received before 1 p.m.
